Keraunos Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the use of services provided by Kerauno (referred to as “we,” “us,” or “our”). By engaging with our services, you agree to comply with the terms outlined below. Please read this Agreement carefully.

1. Definitions

  • Client: Refers to any individual, business, or entity that engages Kerauno’s services.
  • Services: Encompasses web design, marketing, hosting, and Shopify management services provided by Kerauno.
  • Agreement: This document, including any amendments or addenda.

2. Scope of Services

2.1. Web Design: We will create and develop custom websites based on the client’s requirements which they include also a FREE TEMPLATE so that the client can choose. The scope of work, timelines, and deliverables will be outlined in a separate project agreement.

2.2. Marketing: Our marketing services include digital marketing campaigns, SEO optimization, social media management, and content creation. Specific details will be discussed with each client.

2.3. Hosting: Kerauno offers secure and reliable hosting solutions for client websites. We ensure uptime, security, and regular backups.

2.4. Shopify Management: For clients using Shopify, we provide store setup, product management, theme customization, and ongoing support.

3. Client Responsibilities

3.1. Accurate Information: Clients must provide accurate and complete information necessary for project execution.

3.2. Timely Communication: Prompt communication is essential for project success. Clients agree to respond to our inquiries promptly.

4. Payment and Fees

4.1. Pricing: Our fees are based on the scope of services agreed upon. Detailed pricing will be provided in project proposals.

4.2. Payment Terms: Clients agree to pay invoices promptly according to the agreed-upon terms.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1. Ownership: Upon full payment, clients own the intellectual property rights to the deliverables (websites, designs, etc.) created by Kerauno.

5.2. License: Kerauno retains the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed upon.

6. Confidentiality

6.1. Non-Disclosure: We respect client confidentiality and will not disclose sensitive information to third parties.

7. Termination

7.1. Termination by Client: Clients may terminate services by providing written notice. Any outstanding fees must be settled.

7.2. Termination by Kerauno: We reserve the right to terminate services due to non-payment, breach of terms, or other valid reasons.
